Connecting technology and prevention to shape the future of healthcare

Apr 4, 2026

Healthcare innovation is shaped through the meaningful connection between technology and prevention. On Saturday, 4 April 2026, BRAINS I.C.S. participated in an important dialogue on the future of health services, with a focus on digital solutions and the strengthening of prevention for the general population, in the 52nd Annual Panhellenic Medical Congress in Athens.

BRAINS I.C.S. contributed to two key sessions. At 11:00–11:30, under the theme “Digital Tools in Health Services,” Theodoros Mpachatouris, Head of Operations, Digital Sector, BRAINS I.C.S., spoke on AI Applications, highlighting the growing role of artificial intelligence in supporting modern health services.

Later in the day, at 16:00–17:00, within the session on the critical assessment and discussion of the implementation of preventive examinations in the general population, Nikolaos Iosif, CEO & Founder of BRAINS I.C.S., delivered a presentation on the “Prolamvano” Program. This contribution reinforced the importance of prevention as a strategic pillar of a more effective, proactive and citizen-centered healthcare system.

Our participation in the Congress reflects a core belief of BRAINS I.C.S.: digital transformation in health is not an end in itself. Its true value lies in how effectively it supports prevention, improves service delivery, strengthens decision-making and creates measurable benefits for citizens and the healthcare system alike.

BRAINS I.C.S. remains committed to contributing to high-level scientific and institutional dialogue, while developing solutions that bring together innovation, interoperability, prevention and public value. Events such as the Panhellenic Medical Congress create the space for exactly this kind of exchange, where expertise, policy and practical implementation meet to shape the next generation of healthcare services.
