BRAINS I.C.S. CEO Participates in “Thrive @ Work” on Mental Health in the Workplace
Contributing to an important dialogue on healthier, more resilient and more human-centered workplaces
BRAINS I.C.S. was proud to take part in “Thrive @ Work,” an event organized by THALPOS – Mental Health, dedicated to one of the most important issues in today’s working environment: mental health in the workplace and across the workforce.
As part of the discussion, Nikos Ch. Iosif, Founder and CEO of BRAINS I.C.S., contributed his perspective on why mental well-being must be treated not as a secondary HR topic, but as a strategic priority for every modern organization. His intervention emphasized that healthy workplaces are built through leadership, trust, consistency and everyday practices that support people in a meaningful way.
In his speech, Mr. Iosif highlighted the importance of bringing good mental health practices into Greek companies in a practical and sustainable way. Especially in demanding professional environments, organizations are increasingly called upon to foster cultures that protect employee well-being, reduce unnecessary pressure and create the conditions for people to perform with confidence, balance and purpose.
At BRAINS I.C.S., this approach is reflected in a workplace culture that values open communication, mutual respect, trust, collaboration and personal responsibility. As part of this philosophy, the company seeks to apply practices that support a healthier and more sustainable working environment, including clear role definition, realistic prioritization of responsibilities, constructive dialogue between teams and management, respect for professional boundaries, and an emphasis on continuous development rather than burnout-driven performance.
Mr. Iosif also underlined that supporting mental health at work is closely connected to the broader maturity of Greek business culture. Companies that invest in people-centered practices are better positioned to improve engagement, retain talent, strengthen teamwork and build long-term resilience. In that sense, workplace mental health is not only a social issue, but also a leadership, governance and sustainability issue.
The participation of BRAINS I.C.S. in Thrive @ Work reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to contributing to discussions that matter, discussions that promote healthier organizations, stronger teams and more responsible business environments.
We believe that the future of work in Greece depends not only on innovation and performance, but also on the ability of companies to create workplaces where people feel supported, respected and able to thrive.
