The future of Public Health and the next generation of prevention

Apr 22, 2026

BRAINS I.C.S. had the honor of supporting the 6th Annual Cancer Conference in Greece as a Premium Bronze Sponsor, contributing to an important initiative that brings together science, policy and innovation to advance oncology care.

At a particularly critical moment for healthcare systems, the conference highlighted the growing need for services that are not only more effective, but also more sustainable and more equitable. The discussions underscored the importance of designing health policies and solutions that respond to real patient needs while strengthening the long-term resilience of the healthcare system.

As Nikos Ch. Iosif pointed out, the next step is not simply more prevention, but smarter, more targeted and more accessible prevention. This approach reflects a broader shift in healthcare: from fragmented action to strategic intervention, from generic responses to data-informed decision-making, and from limited access to more inclusive and citizen-centered care.

BRAINS I.C.S. remains firmly committed to developing solutions that create tangible social benefit and enhance the sustainability of the health system. By supporting initiatives such as the Annual Cancer Conference in Greece, we continue to contribute to the dialogue around meaningful innovation, stronger public health strategies and better outcomes for citizens.

Our participation in the conference reflects a core belief of BRAINS I.C.S.: the future of healthcare depends on the ability to connect prevention, policy, knowledge and innovation in ways that generate measurable value for society.
